LOVE GOD
Loving God is the first step in your spiritual growth. We love God through worship. In worship we are devoted to praising God, hearing the teaching of the Bible, fellowship with one another, the Lord’s supper, and prayers.
And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment.”
Matthew 22:37-38
LOVE PEOPLE
The second step in your spiritual growth is to love people. “We love because He first loved us.” (James 1:27) We love others by meeting practical needs and investing in relationships. In this step, we make a temporary difference in someone else’s life.
And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Matthew 22:39
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.

MAKE AN ETERNAL IMPACT
We make an eternal impact by raising up new disciples, baptizing them, and teaching them. We make an eternal impact by helping people love God for the first time.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
